Will Hamaqi succeed over Amr Diab?

Egypt’s beaches are packed and reserved for concerts by different artists, who are trying to have as many singing performances as they can throughout the summer. Many Egyptians and Arab tourist are trying to get away from the busy life style in Cairo where it’s filled with people to go into a more relaxing environment. Beach parties are becoming famous in Egypt. In Alexandria at the northern seashore young music artists like: Tamer Husni, Rami Sabri, Louay, Bushra and Muhammad Al Asali are continuously having live concerts.

On the same note, young rising Egyptian singer Muhammad Hamaqi, recently held a live concert with over 7 thousands young fans. According to the London daily Elaph, Hamaqi sang many songs from his latest album. The fans were competing in dancing while singing along with him. The fans shouted for him to sing his song “Arfah Ahla Haga Feeki” (You know what’s Best About you?) to repeat it over and over to dance on stage.

Hamaqi’s producer Qazaman states that Hamaqi’s songs are more famous among the young generations than songs by other singers, who had been in the music industry for decades, like prominent Egyptian singer Amr Diab. Link
